Led by his personal interest and professional experience in the real estate and title insurance industry, Rob Thomas, since joining Einterz & Einterz in 2009, has helped grow the firm’s Real Estate and Estate Planning practice areas. Rob now practices as Of Counsel* with Einterz & Einterz. Rob’s areas of practice include commercial and residential transactional work, real estate development and zoning, litigation, quiet title, foreclosure, ordinance enforcement and various other real estate matters.

Rob has been a practicing attorney for over 15 years.  Previous to joining Einterz & Einterz, Rob spent more than 12 years in the title Insurance industry.  Most recently, he served as Vice President and Counsel for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.   Prior to that, Rob owned and operated Landquest Title Services, a full service title insurance agency.

During the course of his practice, Rob has worked closely with his clients to draft wills and manage their estates.

Rob obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University in 1990, and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1993.  He has been admitted to practice law in all Indiana state and federal courts.  He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.

When not busy in the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and their 11 children.  He is also an active member of Zionsville Fellowship Church where he sings in the choir.
