Zach Eichel is an associate with Einterz & Einterz. He concentrates his practice in general litigation, including construction litigation, collections and employment law. He also aids clients in personal and business finance and planning. Zach’s diverse background in both criminal and civil law provides a wide breadth of experience which allows him to develop innovative tactics to resolve each client’s individual needs.

I get a real sense of accomplishment when I can present solutions that resolve even the most unique of circumstances.” In furthering this outlook, Zach strives to counsel his clients in both preventative and reactive measures in order to reach the most favorable outcome possible.
Zach graduated with honors from Wabash College in 2005. He earned his JD from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, in 2009. Zach joined Einterz & Einterz in 2009, and continues to gain valuable practical experience in an expanding number of practice areas.
Zach is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Outside of the office, Zach enjoys relaxing with his wife Kristin, and their lovely dog, Gertrude. Zach also enjoys running and cycling and is an avid sports fan, following intently the Indiana Hoosiers, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
