Indiana Amends Common Construction Wage Law
In the 2011 First Regular Session of the Indiana General Assembly, Indiana Common Construction Wage Law has seen some significant changes. Senate Enrolled Act 418 and House Enrolled Act 1216 will lead to changes in how the CCW committees are formed and how the CCW is employed in public works projects begining on July 1, 2011. As this law comes into effect and is applied to actual projects, Einterz & Einterz will keep its clients updated on how the new changes will affect their construction business.
